The Refuge aux étoiles proposes, in a natural setting sheltered from any light pollution, a lodging in lodging or rooms of hosts and the access to its observatory to discover the sky in true.
Curious from the sky or seasoned amateur astronomers, the refuge aux étoiles is your astronomical base camp.
-The "initiation evenings" offer the opportunity to observe with a telescope at dusk the main stars (15 min)
-"Let's dive into the stars" and discover planets, constellations, nebulaes and other objects ... (Private evening, 1H30). Open to all, all over the year.
-Daytime: observe the sun to better understand our star (45 min).
-Custom astronomical formations (bases, grip of your equipment, astrophoto...)

A preserved sky
Far away from the lights of the big cities, nestled on a plateau 150 meters above Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, it is a real refuge to observe the sky. The milky way is sparkling there.

On the grounds of our property, you can enjoy an observatory with:

A professional available
Astronomical activities are provided by Jean-Baptiste Bodda, professional astronomer and passionate since childhood. Jean-Baptiste will know how to put himself at your level whether you are confirmed amateur astronomers or novice families.

Come and relax in the countryside, just 4 km far from the medieval town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val
The refuge aux étoiles is also a cottage for four people and four bed and breakfast rooms where Pauline and Jean-Baptiste welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.

Bed and Breakfast
Come stay in our large renovated stone farmhouse and sleep in one of our cozy b&b bedrooms. We will be happy to share with you our passion for astronomy. You will enjoy a very large garden and a shared swimming pool. The breakfasts are hearty and prepared with local products.

How to get to Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val?
To reach le Refuge aux étoiles: by car, from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val head for the cave Bosc (D75), then cross the hamlet of Bosc de la Cam and take the direction Foyt, go to end of the small road, you are there !!!
